Rotronic, part of the Processing Sensing Technologies Group, has launched an advanced new generation of transmitters for the combined measurement of humidity, temperature and dew point. The HygroFlex HF5A is designed for all applications where fast, accurate and repeatable measurement is critical. It features the latest near-field communication (NFC) technology, allowing it to be programmed and interrogated by a smartphone or NFC-equipped computer and helping to simplify operation and minimize setup time.
Benefits include the highest-accuracy measurements; interchangeable probes for maximum flexibility; NFC interface for easy configuration; outputs including mA, voltage and Modbus RTU via RS485; HF5A-21 (2x2-wire loop version) Namur NE43 compliance for fault diagnosis.
