Uncrewed aircraft systems (UAS) represent an emerging class of measurement platforms capable of filling critical observational gaps in the atmospheric boundary layer (ABL). This presentation describes a decade of progressive development toward quasi-operational UAS integration within the Oklahoma Mesonet — a network of 120 surface stations providing real-time, quality-controlled observations across Oklahoma, USA.
