Since 1977 the WRR has been defined as the average reading of a group of select cavity pyrheliometers. In 2010 a newly developed cryogenic solar absolute radiometer (CSAR) was commissioned with the purpose to estabilsh SI-traceability of solar irradiance. We propose to re-define the WRR based CSAR.
