SEV sirens can operate individually or as part of a network and support remote or local activation. Their high acoustic power enables sound coverage over several square kilometers per site, making them suitable for communities, neighborhoods, industrial facilities, high-risk areas and remote locations.

The system supports multiple communication technologies, including Ethernet, VHF/UHF radio, GSM, satellite and fiber optic connectivity, with up to three redundant connections. It also provides pre-recorded messages, live voice capability, self-diagnostic routines, silent testing, internal temperature and humidity monitoring, and remote access for maintenance and software updates.

Advanced monitoring and diagnostic capabilities allow remote verification of siren modules and support predictive maintenance. Siren networks can be remotely managed through Squitter’s SEV-ALERT software or an activation console, providing simple and intuitive operation when rapid response is essential.
