The COMET Program was established in 1989 to provide education and capacity development support to global partners. The COMET's International Capacity Development Program (ICDP) provides solutions for low-cost, innovative environmental sensors (automatic weather stations, stream and snow gauges, air quality sensors), impact-based forecasting, cloud computing, and customized training.
