Meteo France International (MFI) is a subsidiary of Météo-France created in 2002, in a context of growing concern related to climate change and better awareness of its socio-economic impact.
Pioneer in the field of Public / Private Partnerships, MFI’s main mission is to design and implement turnkey modernization projects for the benefit of National Meteorological & Hydrological Services (NMHS). MFI intervenes all along the meteorological value chain providing both high-end information systems and a wide range of transversal services (training, change management, technical support...). The objective is to allow NMHS to better achieve their fundamental goals: protecting people & goods and supporting national economies. MFI's projects are relevant in the current context of the UN Early Warnings For All initiative.
Located in Toulouse – France, with a staff of over 80 people, MFI intervenes worldwide and has already implemented efficient hydrometeorological solutions in 116 countries, through more than 500 projects.
