HIREC, a superhydrophobic coating developed to protect antennas, is exhibiting an exceptionally high contact angle exceeding 150 degrees. This property can be maintained for approximately three years by incorporating a self-cleaning function utilizing photocatalysts.

HIREC-coated antennas and radomes contribute to stable communications by suppressing signal attenuation through the prevention of water film formation and snow accumulation.

Furthermore, we are constantly striving to introduce environmentally friendly materials, and our lineup also includes water-based HIREC containing almost no volatile harmful.
