Jean-Baptiste is leading the surface observation systems division at Météo-France coordinating the operation, maintenance and evolutions for a network of 2000 Automatic Weather Stations (airports, land station, ships…) He is strongly involved in WMO SOT (Ship Observation Team) chairing the Task Team on Instruments Standards and Satellite Communications and the Turbowin Partner-board.
