Michal Najman is the CEO and Founder of Meteopress, a Czech weather-radar manufacturer and AI software company. He bootstrapped the company from the ground up into a team of 75, 50 of them scientists and developers, that designs its own antennas, solid-state transmitters, signal processing and AI in-house. Under his leadership Meteopress has deployed solid-state C- and S-band radars on four continents, had its C-band radar evaluated by Météo-France, and is now manufacturing dual-polarization phased-array weather radars.
