Yves-Alain Roulet

Dr. Yves-Alain Roulet holds an MSc in hydrology and atmospheric sciences and a PhD in technical sciences. He is leading the Measuring Technology Division within MeteoSwiss, the Swiss NMHS. He is member of its extended board and deputy director for the measurement technical center Payerne. Dr. Roulet has been active within WMO Expert Teams since 2010 and is currently chairing ET-SSM. He is also a member of PHORS. Within EUMETNET, a network of European NMHSs, he is co-chairing a Working Group on Instrumentation (WG-INS).
