A The event is aimed at professionals from across the meteorological and hydromet industries, including Buyers/Heads of Purchasing, Engineers, R & D Directors, CEO's, Technical Directors, Heads of product development, Meteorologists, Research Institutes, Government departments (e.g. Highways Agencies) and members of WMO.

Q Is this a trade event only?  

A Yes, this event is aimed at industry professionals only.

Q Can I bring a child to the event?  

A Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend. This policy ensures a professional and safe environment for all attendees. We recommend making alternative arrangements for young children during the event. 

Q Are there catering facilities at the event?  

A There will be a variety of food and drink outlets situated within the Halls.

Q Is there free parking at the event?  

A Parking is available at RAI Amsterdam, with approximately 3,200 covered parking spaces in the venue’s multi-storey car park. Standard parking costs €6 per hour, up to a maximum of €36 per day, with discounted online daily rates often available for €30. Electric vehicle charging points are also available at selected car parks, with additional charges applying. Q How do I register for a free expo pass?  

A You can register for a free expo pass on any of the highlighted buttons placed throughout this website and included in your email news updates. You can register at any time and only need to register once.

Q Do I need any industry or professional body accreditation to attend this event?  

A No, there are no specific criteria to attend the event. It is a trade show for all professionals working in the meteorological industry.

Q Who typically exhibits at this event?

Q Will I have enough time to visit in one day?  

A Depending on your reasons for attending, it may be a stretch to see everything you want to see in one day. Please use the official event App to help you plan your appointments and ensure you do not miss out on the networking events.
